B Social is two rooms in Port Chester that can be booked one at a time, which is the useful fact here: a wedding of sixty people can hold the ceremony in one and the reception in the other. Zola gives the Rustic Room at 1,900 square feet and the Chic Room at 900. A built in bar, a kitchenette, tables and chairs come with the rental, and Eventective states outside caterers are allowed, which is unusual in this county. Now the hard part. The venue’s own site is a JavaScript build whose interior pages we could not read on 11 September 2026, so there is no first party number of any kind. The two listings that do publish rental prices are not close to each other. Zola says $4,000 to $4,500 to start. Eventective says $350 to $550 midweek and $1,250 to $3,500 Friday to Sunday. Somebody’s figures are out of date and we cannot tell you whose.

There is no first party number here at all, because the venue’s site is built in a way we could not read. Both rental figures below are marketplace figures and they are an order of magnitude apart, so neither should go into a budget spreadsheet. Ask for a written quote naming the room, the date, the hours and the inclusions, then ask what an outside caterer costs you in fees and what time you have to be out of the building.

The venue’s own home, ceremony, FAQ and service pages, its Zola listing and its Eventective listing, all on 11 September 2026. Checked September 2026. First party means the business’s own site or rate card. Marketplace means The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola, Wedding Spot or similar. Nothing here is averaged or estimated.

The published rental prices differ by roughly ten times between two listings, and the venue’s own site metadata names a different town from every other source.

Two rooms that can be rented apart is the reason to look here

The Rustic Room is the larger of the two at 1,900 square feet, with the Chic Room at 900. The venue’s own site confirms two distinctive rooms without publishing the square footages; those come from Zola. Because they book individually, a small wedding can run a ceremony in one space while the other is set for dinner, which normally requires either a much bigger venue or a room flip with guests standing in a corridor.

It is an indoor venue with no outdoor space and no rain plan, because none is needed. Zola lists a built in bar, a kitchenette, tables and chairs as included in the rental.

The scale is the thing to be clear eyed about. Even on the most generous of the two published capacity sets, this is a wedding of about a hundred people at most. That is a real market in Westchester and it is badly served, because most rooms here are built for two hundred and fifty and priced accordingly. A pair of small rooms you can rent for an evening is a genuinely different offer.

A kitchenette is not a kitchen. If your caterer is plating a hot dinner for ninety, ask what equipment is actually in the room and what power is available. Find out whether they need to bring their own ovens or a truck. That conversation belongs between you, the venue and the caterer before anyone signs. It does not belong on the loading dock.

The rental prices on the two listings differ by roughly ten times

Zola publishes a starting rental of $4,000 on off peak dates and $4,500 on peak dates, with an optional all inclusive package from $7,000 to $12,500 that adds linens, a ceremony arbor, centrepieces, florals, uplighting and day of coordination. Eventective publishes, for the same venue, $350 to $550 per event Monday to Thursday and $1,250 to $3,500 per event Friday to Sunday.

We are printing both and averaging neither. One plausible reading is that Eventective carries an older or a bare room rate while Zola carries a current wedding rate with services attached, but that is a guess and we do not publish guesses. The venue publishes no rate card of its own to settle it. Ask for a written quote that names the room, the day of week, the hours and exactly what is included, and treat anything you saw online as conversation starter only.

The all inclusive package is the part worth pressing on hardest. It runs $7,000 to $12,500 and adds linens, an arbor, centrepieces, florals, uplighting and day of coordination. That is either good value or an expensive way to buy things you could source yourself, depending on what sits at each end of the range. Ask what the $7,000 version contains and what pushes a booking to $12,500.

The capacities disagree too, and for a room this size that is a real difference

Zola gives the Rustic Room at up to 75 seated and 90 standing, and the Chic Room at up to 60 seated and 75 standing. Eventective gives the Rustic Room at 100 seated and 120 standing, the Chic Room at 60 seated and 80 standing, and a venue maximum of 100. Zola’s 75 and Eventective’s 100 are describing the same main room, and at a small wedding the distance between them is several full tables and several difficult conversations.

Ask which of the two published Rustic Room counts, Zola’s 75 or Eventective’s 100, B Social will put in a contract, because that is the number that governs your guest list.

Outside catering is allowed according to Eventective and unconfirmed by the venue

Eventective states plainly that outside catering is allowed. The venue’s own reachable pages publish no vendor policy. No outside vendor fee is published by either source. For a room rental in Westchester this is worth confirming carefully, since the ability to bring your own caterer is often the difference between a fifteen thousand dollar wedding and a forty thousand dollar one.

Ask three things: whether an outside caterer is permitted, whether the caterer needs insurance or a licence on file, and whether the kitchenette may be used for anything beyond holding food.

The address on the venue’s own site does not match the address everywhere else

The scraped record, Zola and Eventective all place B Social at 14 to 20 Willett Avenue, Port Chester, NY 10573. The venue’s own site metadata describes two distinctive rooms in Elmsford, New York. Both towns sit in Westchester County, so the market is right either way, but the street address is not settled.

Confirm the address before you print anything, and confirm it again before guests navigate to it. It is the sort of detail that nobody checks until the morning of the wedding.

This page is thinner on first party detail than we would like, and there is a reason. The venue’s site is a JavaScript rendered build, and the text inside its interior pages could not be extracted on 11 September 2026. We read the page metadata and nothing else. Everything specific here therefore comes from Zola or Eventective, and the two of them are the ones disagreeing.
