A Yonkers conservancy garden we could not confirm as a wedding venue; it is absent from all three Eventective Yonkers directories.
We could not confirm that Untermyer Gardens books weddings, so nothing here should be read as saying it does. The garden’s own site at untermyergardens.org would not load from our session on 11 September 2026, so nothing on this page is first party. Untermyer also does not appear in any of the three Eventective directories we checked for Yonkers: wedding venues, party and event venues, and the full city listing. It is a public garden at 945 North Broadway, run by a conservancy. Call the conservancy before you plan anything around it.
There are no numbers on this page because we could not reach a source that has any. Do not read the blanks as free or as flexible. Read them as unknown. If you want a ceremony here, the only useful next step is a direct call to the conservancy to ask whether private events are permitted, under what permit, and with what guest cap. We will update this page once the garden’s own site has been read first party.
The candidate site untermyergardens.org, which would not load from our session, and Eventective’s Yonkers wedding venue, party and event venue, and full city directories. All attempted 11 September 2026. Checked September 2026. First party means the business’s own site or rate card. Marketplace means The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola, Wedding Spot or similar. Nothing here is averaged or estimated.
This entry may be a misclassification. Treat it as unresearched rather than as a venue, and confirm with the conservancy before spending any time on it.
We tried the candidate site, untermyergardens.org, and it did not load for us. That is a limitation on our end and not evidence about the garden. We then checked Eventective’s Yonkers wedding venue directory, its Yonkers party and event venue directory, and its full Yonkers listing. Untermyer appears in none of the three.
That absence is weak evidence rather than proof. It is consistent with a garden that does not market itself to couples, which is how most conservancy run gardens operate. It is not consistent with a venue actively selling weddings, because those tend to show up in directories. We are recording it as unresolved.
Start with the question that decides everything: does the conservancy permit private ceremonies at all, and if so under what kind of permit. Many public gardens allow photography sessions and nothing more, and some allow a short ceremony with no chairs, no amplified sound and no reception. Find out which category applies before you look at a single photograph.
Then ask about guest caps, whether the garden closes to the public during your event or stays open around it, whether any caterer or rental vendor is allowed on site, and what the fee structure is. We will replace this page with real numbers once the garden’s own site has been read.
