Three ballrooms at the Town of Eastchester’s municipal club, booked through outside caterer Mulino’s, with no membership and no published price.
Search for Lake Isle Country Club and you will find a golf club. Search for a wedding there and you need a different name. Events at 660 White Plains Road in Eastchester are run and branded as Mulino’s at Lake Isle, an independent restaurant group operating the catering side of what is a Town of Eastchester municipal facility. The club’s own catering page hands every enquiry to Mulino’s. That arrangement answers the membership question cleanly. Nothing on either site conditions an event booking on club or resident membership. The town does run Resident, Non Resident and Business membership applications, but those are for golf, pool and tennis use, not for catering. Three ballrooms are named: the Grand, the Fairway and the Gatsby. PartySlate describes over 15,000 square feet of remodelled ballroom space. What nobody publishes is a price. The club site is silent, Mulino’s is silent, and so are The Knot, Zola and PartySlate. This page will not pretend otherwise.
There is no price here at all, from any source, and PartySlate says so in as many words. The one figure that exists is a marketplace capacity of 300 plus. Treat your first call as the rate card. Ask the per person price at your date. Ask the service charge and administrative fee as percentages, and how tax is applied. Ask the guest minimum room by room, and whether another event can run that night. Get all of it in writing.
The club site and its catering page at lakeislecountryclub.com, the caterer’s site at mulinoslakeisle.com, the Town of Eastchester’s Lake Isle page, and listings on The Knot, Zola, PartySlate, Eventective and WeddingWire. All fetched 11 September 2026. Checked September 2026. First party means the business’s own site or rate card. Marketplace means The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola, Wedding Spot or similar. Nothing here is averaged or estimated.
Events here are branded Mulino’s at Lake Isle rather than Lake Isle Country Club, so searching the club name may miss the events operation entirely. The old WeddingWire listing for the club no longer resolves to the venue.
Lake Isle is owned and run by the Town of Eastchester, with a general manager and assistant manager listed on the town’s own municipal page. The catering operation is a separate commercial brand, Mulino’s at Lake Isle, reachable on 914-961-7800 at mulinoslakeisle.com. The club’s catering page describes Mulino’s as a state of the art venue for weddings and social and corporate events, and sends all enquiries there.
Practically, that means your contract, your menu, your service charge and your coordinator all come from Mulino’s. The town owns the building. Two organisations, one address, and the one that matters to you is the caterer.
It also means two sets of expectations to manage. A municipal facility runs on a town’s budget and a town’s maintenance schedule. The catering brand runs on its own. Ask who is responsible for the condition of the grounds and the parking on your date, and ask what happens if a town project overlaps with your wedding.
Neither site requires membership to book an event. The town’s membership applications exist for golf, pool and tennis access, and are separate from catering. The Knot lists Mulino’s at Lake Isle with a 300 plus capacity and no membership caveat.
For a property that carries country club in its name, that is worth saying out loud. Most Westchester clubs with a golf course attached will not take your wedding without a member’s name on it.
Ask the question directly anyway when you call. Ask whether any residency or membership condition attaches to a wedding booking, and whether Eastchester residents are quoted differently. The town prices its golf, pool and tennis memberships by residency, and it is worth knowing whether the catering side follows that pattern or ignores it.
There is no per person rate, no site fee, no food and beverage minimum and no service charge anywhere in public. The club site has none. Mulino’s own site has none. The Knot has none. Zola has none. PartySlate states directly that Mulino’s at Lake Isle has not listed pricing yet.
So go in with a list. Ask for the per person rate at your season and day of week. Ask what the service charge and administrative fee are, and whether tax is calculated on top of them. Ask for the guest minimum in each of the three rooms. A caterer that prices nothing publicly should be able to price everything on request.
Ask for the minimum as a dollar figure, if that is how it is structured, rather than as a headcount. Ask whether Saturday and Sunday are priced differently, and whether a peak season surcharge exists. A caterer that publishes nothing publicly usually prices by date, and you want the shape of that before you fall for a room.
The Grand, the Fairway and the Gatsby are described as separate ballrooms inside a space PartySlate puts at over 15,000 square feet. Neither the club nor Mulino’s addresses exclusivity anywhere, and with three rooms there is no reason to assume you have the building.
Ask whether another wedding can run alongside yours. Ask where the other party’s guests park, enter and smoke. Ask which room you are actually being quoted for, because a price for the Gatsby is not a price for the Grand.
The heated outdoor patio is the other thing to pin down. It appears on The Knot’s listing rather than on the club’s own pages, so nobody has said whether it belongs to one ballroom, to all three, or to the golf operation. If your cocktail hour is outside, ask which room it attaches to.
No founding year, no architect and no course designer appears on the club’s site or on the Town of Eastchester’s page for the facility. The town page lists a general manager and an assistant manager and very little else. If the age of the place matters to you, nobody has written it down.
The rooms carry names that suggest a period, the Gatsby in particular, and none of them carries a documented date. Treat the names as decoration rather than as history, and do not put a century in your invitation copy that nobody can source.
The only capacity figure anywhere is The Knot’s 300 plus guests, which is marketplace sourced. No first party number exists for any of the three rooms. The venue describes itself as roughly 35 minutes from midtown Manhattan, which is its own claim rather than ours.
One housekeeping note for anyone searching. The old WeddingWire listing under the name Lake Isle Country Club no longer resolves to the venue and redirects to a generic Westchester caterers category page. Treat that listing as gone, and search Mulino’s at Lake Isle instead.
One practical point for your guests. The events business trades under a different name from the address, so people will be looking for Mulino’s at Lake Isle while the road signs say Lake Isle. Put both names on the invitation card and in the directions.
